This is not funk, it's a form of techno. I didn't take off points for that though, I just thought it was boring and repetetive...

...also doesn't help that I don't like techno.

Sorry, but the part the piano was playing at the beginning and was being played through the whole song, the 2 16th(?) notes were just barely noticeably off beat. I'm guessing around 1/32th of a beat. Not big enough to worry too much about, but it ticked off my OCD.
